Moir Landscape Architecture were engaged by The Stevens Group to work with the consultancy team on the development of Kings Estate, a unique master planned community comprising 136 lots ranging in size from 800m2 to 1082m2 on one of the last remaining development areas in Terrigal.
Our role in the development was to create high-quality open space and streetscape design that reflected the luxury coastal living aesthetic of the estate. Design tasks involved streetscape planting, landscaping, signage, a distinctive entry statement, and common property fencing.
Our design incorporates rehabilitated vegetation corridors and open space. These environmentally sensitive elements enable the development to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings.
Approximately 18HA of the site is dedicated to Council’s Coastal Open Space System and environmentally-constrained land has been set aside and protected.
