Eleebana Residences consists of 46 retirement villas and a clubhouse for over 55's situated 5 minutes drive from the shores of Lake Macquarie.
Moir Landscape Architecture were involved in the preparation of the site master plan, vegetation management plans and full landscape construction documentation for all 3 stages. The landscape construction documentation included community facilities, open space and the design of individual villa lots.
The proposed landscape was intended to provide a safe, functional and attractive environment that encourages physical activity and social engagement.
