HIGHBROOK PARK

Moir Landscape Architecture were engaged by Muswellbrook Shire Council to provide concept design and construction documentation for a regional playground in Muswellbrook.

The playground includes a 10m tall lizard structure inspired by the form of a Goanna. The lizard encompasses many different types of play elements for all ages and abilities, with a progression of challenge through the tail, body, tower and head. In this sense it isn’t just providing one piece of play equipment, it includes many elements with a high play value.

The first stage of the Park was opened in August 2014.
