Moir Landscape Architecture were commissioned by the Stevens Group to undertake the design of the Elms, The Oaks and the Figtrees precincts of this benchmark residential lifestyle community, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
The project involved street tree masterplans, vegetation management, pathways, open space areas, parking and surface treatments as well as entry feature and signage. A rich material palette was used to tie in with the exclusive and contemporary housing style of the estate.
