Moir Landscape Architecture were involved in concept design, detailed design, and construction documentation for this popular Holiday Park adjacent to Stockton Beach.
Each precinct has a different theme, which assists in navigation. Themes reflect the natural landscape and the existing coastal character of the area.
Design features included sand blasting of fish patterns into concrete and custom timber pedestrian bridges over river rock swales. A mixture of accent plants and dense undercover planting was used to help improve the visual character of the Tourist Park.
