Sara is a skilled studio manager with 20 years of experience in the professional design industry. Since graduating from the International Business Academy (IBA) in Denmark, Sara has worked in Europe and Australia and is currently studying for an MBA at the University of Newcastle.

Sara is involved in overseeing every aspect of HR, studio operations and business development, ensuring that the studio runs effectively and upholds our procedural obligations. Sara’s exceptional enthusiasm and leadership skills contribute to our highly- successful studio culture and her dedication to ongoing learning feeds into our commitment to staff progression and growth.

Sara is organised and resourceful, striving to build efficiency into business processes and navigating innovative operational changes with ease. Her strength in People and Culture, as well as her commitment to building and maintaining industry relationships, is key to fostering collaboration and trust across the entire team.
